Even though POINT BREAK did not win her the Oscar, it still remains the greatest American film of the 1990s. Bigelow's loaded this one with everything; bullets, meatball subs, Lori Petty, Ronald Reagan with a shotgun, bleeding LBJ's, beach parties, Anthony Kiedis, undercover cops, and Patrick Swayze. All jokes aside, we are as serious as a shark attack when it comes to the sheer awesomeness of POINT BREAK.
