Our next piece of coverage from this years 2022 edition of The Toronto International Film Festival is the "Midnight Madness" World Premiere of the film, "Sisu" SISU from director Jalmari Helander is World premiering in Midnight Madness. This is Jalmari Helander’s third feature debut at TIFF. His previous film BIG GAME (78% Fresh Score on RT) starring Samuel L. Jackson, was a huge hit at Midnight Madness and subsequently acquired for the US. His first feature, RARE EXPORTS: A CHRISTMAS TALE (90% Fresh Score on RT) premiered in the Discovery Programme at TIFF was also a festival hit and acquired for worldwide distribution. Our host, Kris Orticello, gets into the mindset of the actors to see how they created their characters, as well as speaking to Jalmari about how this project came to life.
