After her sister and brother-in-law's tragic death, Jules Daly is struggling to raise her young niece and nephew, Maddie and Milo, who can be quite a handful. When she loses her job and the nanny quits just before Christmas, Jules fears she won't be able to give Maddie and Milo the magical Christmas they need this year, until she gets a knock on her door from Paisley Winterbottom, a butler who says he works for the children's paternal grandfather, a duke, at a royal castle.
