While waiting for her sister to pick her up, Millie (Kathryn Newton) is chased by the Blissfield Butcher (Vince Vaughn). The Butcher catches up to her and stabs her, however, a ritual-like phenomenon occurs during the stabbing causing the Butcher to be inflicted with a stab wound instead of Millie.
