Alice in Wonderland (75 min)
Synopsis: Bored by her lessons, Alice daydreams about what life would be like “In A World Of My Own” – a world in which everything would be nonsense. After tumbling down a rabbit hole in pursuit of a well-dressed but very tardy White Rabbit, Alice finds herself in just such a nonsense world. There she embarks on a madcap series of adventures, which include her changing size more than once. She meets a whimsical array of wacky characters, including the pompous Tweedledum and Tweedledee, a hookah-smoking Caterpillar, and an enigmatic Cheshire Cat. The dream turns into a nightmare with a celebration of Alice’s very merry “Unbirthday” at a never-ending tea party with the Mad Hatter and March Hare, and a very unconventional game of croquet with the tyrannical Queen of Hearts. Emerging back into the safety of the English countryside, Alice realizes there’s no place she’d rather be than back in her world.
