At a special BFI Southbank preview with We Are Parable, Blue Story writer and director Rapman talks about his follow-up to his Youtube smash Shiro's Story and how his personal experience growing up in the middle of a south London gang war influenced his feature debut.
Blue Story follows Timmy (Stephen Odubola) and Marco (Micheal Ward), childhood friends who gradually find themselves pitted against each other when a gang feud erupts between their respective Deptford and Peckham postcodes.
Blue Story will screen at the BFI Southbank from Friday 29th November:
