An original 1981 television spot for director Richard Lester's smash hit super hero film, the first sequel to Richard Donner's 1978 blockbuster which introduced Christopher Reeve as the Man of Steel. Returning from the first film were cast members Margot Kidder, Gene Hackman, Terence Stamp, Ned Beatty, Jackie Cooper, Susannah York, Sarah Douglas, Valerie Perrine, Marc McClure, and Jack O'Halloran. A reminder of when Superman movies were actually fun.
